The Process
If you're interested in joining The Fashion Class family, we encourage you to review the startup costs and requirements on our website. Once you're ready to take the next step, simply fill out the form to request more information. A member of our team will reach out for a quick introductory call. Afterwards, you're welcome to schedule a no-obligation meet and greet (via zoom) where we can discuss the opportunity in detail and answer any questions you may have about becoming a franchisee.
The next step in the franchise process is to fill out a candidate application. This allows us to get to know you better and ensures that we are all a good fit for each other. By understanding your background, goals, and vision for your studio, we can better support you in your journey to becoming a part of The Fashion Class family. Your application will help facilitate a meaningful conversation about how we can work together to achieve success.
The third step for potential franchisees is to review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which contains all pertinent information about our franchise, as required by the Federal Trade Commission. This document provides essential insights into our business model, fees, obligations, and more, ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be a part of The Fashion Class. After you’ve had the chance to review the FDD, we’ll schedule another chat to answer any questions you may have and discuss the next steps in your journey.
The final step before making your decision is Discovery Day, where you'll have the opportunity to meet our team—either in person or virtually. During this informative session, you’ll see sample lessons and projects firsthand, allowing you to experience the engaging curriculum we offer. - Franchise Fee $49,000
What’s a franchise fee? It’s the one-time fee you pay to join The Fashion Class family! It gives you access to our brand, business model, training, and the support you need to open your studio with confidence.
- Royalty 8%
A royalty is a percentage of your sales paid regularly to keep your business plugged into our brand, tools, and support. Think of it as your ongoing membership in a team that’s here to help you grow and succeed!
- Liquidity $65,000
Liquidity means the amount of money you have easy access to—like cash or funds in your bank account. You won’t need to use all of it, but having about $65,000 in liquid capital helps show lenders and landlords that you're financially ready. It can also make financing and leasing a studio space much smoother!
- Net Worth $250,000
Your net worth is the total value of what you own (like property, savings, or investments) minus what you owe (like loans or credit card debt). We recommend a net worth of at least $250,000—not because you’ll need to spend it, but because it shows financial stability. Lenders and landlords often look at your net worth when approving loans or leases, so it’s another way to strengthen your position as a future franchise owner!
